Now in its tenth year, the event ties in with the end of the Botanic Gardens’ Spring Festival. It brings together participants from all around the Greater Wellington region and continues to grow in quantity and quality each year. With competitions, prizes, live entertainment and BBQs, the Big Annual Buggy Walk is more than just a walk in the park!
Participants are encouraged to meet from 9.45am for a 10.30am walk start and the duration of the walk is approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Dogs on leads are more than welcome on this walk and, in the case of a fine and sunny day, please make sure you are following the Cancer Society guidelines by being SunSmart on the day.
